Apart from the variety of Pau served here at my coffee shop, we also serve here the Chicken in Glutinous Rice, which is also known as Loh Mai Kai. These chicken in glutinous rice is usually eaten for breakfast and can be found in most Chinese Coffee shops.....the ones we serve here are Halal and are safe to eat :).
